System update completed – all services available as normal

The service interruption caused by the system update is now over, and all services are once again available as normal.

We updated our systems between Friday 28 March and Sunday 30 March 2025. The update caused a temporary interruption in some of our services.

The update helps us ensure a smooth service experience going forward. To minimise the impact, the update was scheduled for weekend evenings and nights.

We apologise for any inconvenience the interruption may have caused and thank you for your patience.
