Service interruption in ticket and schedule services on 28 March and in parcel services on 29 March 2025
We will be updating our systems on Friday and Saturday, 28–29 March 2025. The update will cause a temporary disruption in some of our services. This update is necessary to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience in the future.
To minimise the impact of the disruption, we have scheduled the updates for weekend evenings and nights.
Ticket and schedule service disruption
The disruption in ticket and schedule services will begin on Friday, 28 March at 10:00 PM and will end by Saturday, 29 March at 9:00 AM.
The following services and functions will be available as usual during the disruption:
Route search in the Reitit ja Liput app and the Journey Planner
Purchasing tickets from the driver
The following services and functions will be unavailable during the disruption:
Purchasing any tickets online
Purchasing single tickets via the Reitit ja Liput app
Parcel service disruption
The disruption in parcel services will begin on Saturday, 29 March at 6:00 PM and will end by Sunday, 30 March at 9:00 AM.
The following parcel services and functions will be available as usual during the disruption:
Collecting parcels from K-market parcel points and all parcel lockers
The following parcel services and functions will be unavailable during the disruption:
Sending parcels from parcel points
Collecting parcels from parcel points (excluding K-market parcel points)
Sending parcels via parcel lockers
Purchasing and tracking parcels online and in the Parcels app
Searching for service points on the website
