Pick-up from a Matkahuolto parcel locker
As a rule, parcels are delivered to Matkahuolto parcel lockers within 1-2 working days, in larger cities also on Saturdays. You will be notified as soon as your parcel is available for pick-up. To pick up your parcel, you will need the locker code indicated on the arrival notification. Pick-up from a Matkahuolto parcel point
As a rule, parcels are delivered to Matkahuolto pick-up points, such as parcel lockers, Matkahuolto parcel points, K-Markets or R-Kiosks, within 1-2 working days, in larger cities also on Saturdays. You will be notified as soon as your parcel is available for pick-up. Larger shipments and express deliveries are taken to Matkahuolto parcel points. You will be notified as soon as your parcel is available for pick-up.
When your parcel is ready for pick-up, you will be immediately notified by a text message, a notification in the Paketit app or by email. You can get your parcel from the pick-up points by using the pick-up code. You can copy the pick-up code from the Paketit app and pass it on to your spouse, friend or mother, who can use it to collect the parcel for you. You can also forward the arrival notification sent by text message to another person for collection of the parcel. No power of attorney is required.

Mailbox delivery
For the XXS parcel, you can buy the Mailbox Delivery extra service anywhere in Finland. XXS parcels are delivered to the recipient’s mailbox within 2-4 business days. Upon delivery, you will receive a delivery confirmation in the mobile app. You can provide your door code in the settings of the Matkahuolto mobile app or ask the sender to add it to the parcel details at the time of dispatch. The driver will also try to reach you by phone if a locked door prevents them from delivering your parcel. If we are unable to deliver the parcel to your mailbox, the parcel will be delivered to a Matkahuolto pick-up point. You will be notified by text message or email when the parcel is available for pick up.

Choose home delivery at the order stage and we will deliver the parcel to your door at the agreed time, including evenings and weekends in major cities, or order home delivery for a parcel already waiting to be picked up. Read more.

Has the recipient not collected the parcel you sent and it is being returned to you?
According to our product conditions, we will charge the sender for the return costs. You will receive a notification by text message or in your Paketit app, where you can choose how to proceed and pay the shipping costs of the parcel to be returned to you. You can also choose the pick-up point for your return consignment that is most convenient for you.
You can easily verify the authenticity of the payment link by using the consignment ID in the shipment tracking section of our website or in the Paketit app.
If you do not want to pay the cost of the returned parcel, you can authorise Matkahuolto to recycle the parcel in an appropriate way.
