How to pick up a parcel from the parcel locker

• The locker code needed to open the locker box is provided in the arrival notification sent when your parcel is available for collection.
• Select Nouda (pick up) on the parcel locker display.
• Enter locker code indicated on the arrival notification. The door of the box containing the parcel opens automatically.
• Take the parcel and close the door.

How to return a parcel from the parcel locker

• When returning an online order, you will need either the return address card supplied with the order or the activation code provided by the online store.
• If you have pre-completed address card, tape it carefully on top of the parcel. If you have an activation code, clearly write the activation code as well as the sender’s name and mobile phone number on the parcel. Also add your own name.
• Select Lähetä (send) on the parcel locker display.
• Scan the barcode on the return address card or enter the activation code following the instructions on the display. Select Hyväksy (accept).
• Select a box of a suitable size (S–XL) for the parcel on the display. The door of the selected box will open automatically.
• Place the parcel in the box and close the door.
• Please note that you cannot perform a return using the consignment ID or return ID, which is a code starting with the number 9.

How to send a parcel from the parcel locker

Business customer

If you wish to drop off parcels at a parcel locker, scan the barcode from the address card of one parcel, open a box that is big enough and put all your outgoing parcels in it. You can drop off as many parcels as you can fit in the chosen box.

Private customer

• Buy delivery for your parcel at www.matkahuolto.fi. The arrival notification is sent to the recipient primarily as a text message, so please make sure that the recipient’s mobile phone number in the shipping details is correct.
• You will receive an activation code in your order confirmation. Clearly write the activation code as well as the sender’s name and mobile number on the parcel. Also add your own name.
• Select Lähetä (send) on the parcel locker display.
• Enter the activation code following the instructions on the display. Select Hyväksy (accept).
• Select a box of a suitable size (S–XL) for the parcel on the display. The door of the selected box will open automatically.
• Place the parcel in the box and close the door.
• Track your parcel at www.matkahuolto.fi using the consignment ID provided on the order confirmation.
• Please note that the dimensions (HxWxD) of the largest box are 700 mm x 402 mm x 576 mm
