Order a pick-up for your consignments

As a contract customer, you can order a pickup for your consignments. We pick up the consignments at the address provided by you on work days between 8.00 and 16.00. You can specify the desired pick-up time in more detail when ordering.

Please complete the pick-up order form carefully to ensure that our driver can reach the pick-up location on time. Please note that the parcel must be ready when the driver arrives to pick it up. An address card must be attached to the top of the parcel. If not, a unique identifier (consignment ID or activation code) must be written clearly on the parcel.

If you need a regular pick up, e.g. once a day, or if you are not yet our contract customer, please contact our sales team.

Please note that you can use this form to order a pick-up for Parcel products, which can be individual, in a roll container or on a pallet. You cannot order a pick-up for pallet freight (product code 57) with this form.
