We will send you a payment link by email within two working days of your order. You can see the validity period of the ticket on the receipt that comes with the travel card.

After payment, we will deliver the ordered travel card to the Matkahuolto parcel point or parcel locker nearest to the buyer (or recipient, if different from the buyer). You will be notified by text message or in the Paketit app when your travel card is available for collection.
