• You can track your parcel delivery through Track & Trace

• We will send you a message asking you to agree on a delivery time, and you can also give us permission to leave your parcel at the door if you are not at home to receive it.

• We will deliver the parcel to your door at the agreed time, including evenings and weekends in major cities.

• We will hand over your parcel without physical contact. Drivers will leave your parcel at the door and wait a little further away for you to open the door.

• If our driver cannot reach you, for example because the main entrance is locked, he will always call you from the door using the phone number in the shipping details so that we can get the parcel delivered.

• If we do not reach you, the parcel will be returned with the driver to the nearest Matkahuolto service outlet, where you can pick it up or order a new home delivery.

If you are unable to pick up your parcel at a service outlet, you can easily purchase home delivery online. You can purchase home delivery for all shipments except for COD parcels and situations in which the recipient has paid for the consignment or the consigner has prevented you from purchasing home delivery.
