eBus ticket cancellation form

You can cancel an eBus ticket purchased on our website no later than the business day before your trip, at least 24 hours before departure.

If the reservation number is for a return ticket, the cancellation must be made no later than the business day before the outward journey, at least 24 hours before the start of the outward journey.

A cancellation fee of nine (9) euros will be charged, to be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Only one cancellation per reservation number is allowed. eBus tickets purchased on invoice cannot be cancelled.

The ticket cannot be changed or exchanged.
