Customer Service for businesses

  1. Customer service serves business customers of parcel services who have a transportation agreement with Matkahuolto.

  2. If your company does not have a transport contract with us, we will assist you through customer service channels for personal customers.

  3. Always have your customer number and tracking ID ready before calling our customer service.
