Matkahuolto has been bringing people and parcels together since 1933, offering diverse and independent employment in these activities. The majority of our staff work in varied customer service roles, handling ticketing and parcel and kiosk services at our locations. Matkahuolto terminals employ warehouse workers, and the logistics units employ vehicle drivers. The service advisors in our customer service unit serve customers by phone and through electronic channels. As a rule, employment relationships in Matkahuolto are full-time and valid until further notice. In addition, we employ part-time workers and temporary workers primarily during annual leaves.
