Refunds |
The refund policy for Commuter Tickets varies from ticket to ticket. The refund terms are indicated on the sales receipt signed by the customer at the time of purchase. All Commuter Tickets are eligible for refunds in the following cases:

Limitations | Proof of a permanent address or registration in the city in the region may be required for eligibility for ticket purchase. |
Right of travel | The Commuter Ticket is for personal use only. For this reason, customers will be required to show proof of identity, i.e., a passport, police-issued ID card or driving license, when buying the ticket. |
