Parcels are transported to the destination within 1-3 workdays and delivered to the consignee on the following work day.
|Dispatch and pick-up point||
When the delivery service is purchased online, the parcel can also be sent from a K-Market, R kiosk and other Matkahuolto parcel pick-up point. The parcels are delivered to the consignees. Search for service points
|Maximum weight||55 kg if delivery is purchased at a Matkahuolto terminal or agent, 30 kg if purchased online.|
The maximum volume of a parcel (length x width x height) is 0.5 m3. When purchased online, width + depth + length combined: max. 200 cm in total. Maximum length of any one side is 150 cm.
|Maximum number of parcels in single consignment||A single consignment may contain a maximum of five parcels from the same consignor to the same consignee.|

|Track & Trace||
You can monitor the progress of your consignment online using the consignment number. Go to Track & Trace
Consignee is informed of an incoming parcel by a text message in order to agree on the delivery time.
|Receiving parcel||Parcels are handed over on presentation of an ID. Acceptable IDs are a driving license, passport and identity card issued by the police. If the parcel is receiving somebody other than the consignee indicated in the address card, the person receiving the parcel must have a written authorisation to collect it in addition to an acceptable ID. If the consignee cannot be reached and the parcel delivered, it will be held at the pick-up point for 14 days after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to the consignor at the consignor’s expense.
|Limitations||Cash-on-delivery is not available for the service. The parcel may not contain any live animals, perishable products or any content in contravention of the General Conditions of Carriage.|
